Bryant students give tour of their newly constructed school TAKE THE BRYANT TOUR: According to Bryant?fifth-grader?Walter Weatherspoon and eighth-grader Jaice Sem, there's a long list of things to like about the new Bryant Montessori School. From the comfy chairs in the nurses’ office and the view of the neighborhood homes from the library to the new community garden in the play yard, there's something for everyone. The newly built, two-story, Bryant opened September 9th in Central Tacoma, offering a place where students in preschool through eighth grade can learn and thrive together. It's one of eight aging neighborhood schools voters approved for replacement in the 2020 bond measure. Interior renderings reveal state-of-the-art learning spaces at new Maritime 253 Skills Center TCF Architecture, PLLC’s interior renderings of the new Maritime 253 Skills Center feature modern training spaces designed to simulate real maritime environments, equipped with advanced technology and realistic maritime equipment for hands-on learning. The Maritime 253 Skills Center phase 1 project aims to create a cutting-edge educational facility focusing on advanced preparation in Career and Technical Education (CTE) skills. The Maritime Center will be a landmark campus on the Tacoma waterfront, home to a new Port of Tacoma business office building and Tacoma Public Schools new?Maritime 253 Skills Center. Maritime 253 will provide opportunities for high school students across Pierce County to develop skills and education leading to a career in the maritime and industrial trades. Today, as we continue to showcase some of our favorite Steni and Petrarch projects worldwide, we're excited to turn our attention closer to home, highlighting a recent collaboration with Chelan County PUD (CCPUD). Facing a convergence of challenges with their existing facilities, CCPUD sought a solution that would enhance productivity, customer service, employee safety, and economic management. The decision to consolidate operations led to the development of an 8-building project at a new site, strategically positioned where the Columbia converges with the Wenatchee Rivers. This location served as the perfect backdrop for the overarching 'Confluence' concept, skillfully designed by TCF Architecture, PLLC. Last October marked the opening of Chelan's energy-efficient Service Center. As a proud contributor to this initiative, Omnis supplied Petrarch panels for both exterior and interior applications adding aesthetic appeal and functionality to the space.
