November 17-23, 2024, is National Apprenticeship Week. Tri-County Electric Cooperative recognizes this annual celebration of the power of apprenticeship in developing the next generation of skilled workers. TCEC proudly recognizes the 40 apprentice linemen who are working to hone their skills while serving our local communities. TCEC also recognizes veteran linemen who provide invaluable training, mentorship, and leadership while working to keep the power on every day.

Tri-County Electric Cooperative is proud to serve local communities across 16 North Texas counties, including Keller. Today, Tri-County President and CEO Scott Spence joined local leaders at the Greater Keller Chamber of Commerce State of the City luncheon and provided an update on the co-op's key initiatives. We’re thrilled to announce that in 2025, Tri-County Electric Cooperative will award 50 high school seniors in its service territory scholarships totaling $250,000. That’s more than double the scholarships and funding we’ve awarded in the past. “We are proud to help illuminate more students’ futures and help fund their dream of going to college,” said Scott Spence, President and CEO of TCEC.
