This International Women's Day, we celebrate women like Shihaam Benjamin, who are repairing their lives, rewriting their stories, and leading the way for their children to do the same. For 20 years, she battled addiction, facing obstacles that seemed impossible to overcome. But for her five children and her family, she fought for change. Through the TCB Repair Programme, Shihaam turned her natural talent for fixing things into a thriving business, breaking barriers in a male-dominated industry.
