关于我们
TCarta is the world's foremost supplier of bathymetric data for near-shore areas around the world. Our data fill the gap between low-resolution data sets and the highly accurate but limited coverage provided by hydrographic surveys. TCarta data provide a level of detail that approaches that of survey data, but at a fraction of the cost. Our coverage area extends over the world's entire littoral zone, from the shoreline to the edge of the continental shelf. Our data are used in a variety of industries; oil & gas exploration and production, environmental research, archaeology, telecommunications, fishing, and many others.

We recently announced our newest product, Satellite Reconnaissance Charts, which are digital maps created from Satellite Derived Bathymetry, adhering to International Hydrographic Organization S-57 and S-100 data model standards. SRC helps fill in the gaps to official maritime charts, giving supplemental information on potential hazards that may otherwise be unknown. Learn more about Satellite Reconnaissance Charts, and inquire for more information on our product page: https://lnkd.in/gQaApkiu #oceanmapping #coastalmapping #nauticalcharts #SRC #satellitereconaissancecharts #SDB #SatelliteDerivedBathymetry #TCarta #Hydrospatial #maritime

I am attending the Esri #fedgis this week in Washington, DC and presenting at the Esri and IC-ENC Navigational Safety event on Tuesday and will be introducing TCarta new product for improving coastal safety and planning: Satellite Reconnaissance Charts. I have attended this event many time but this year I managed to remember to bring: 1. American flag pin: I'll forever be a proud US citizen and grateful for those that serve and served our country. 2. Esri lanyard from a previous Esri event: don't need a new one this year. 3. All the Metro cards I've found in my backpack over the years: I might be rich. DM me if you are attending the event and want to meet up. I'll be riding the Metro this week if you want to join me :).

Welcome to Colorado Geoweek. We had spring this weekend but these high clouds mean get ready for winter this week when The Superbowl of Geospatial (and Hydrospatial) arrives in Denver this week: GeoWeek and ASPRS...along with some snow. A 'sleeper' hydrospatial event, held in Denver, Geoweek has a number of coastal mapping, satellite derived bathymetry and topobathy lidar and other hydrospatial technologies on the agenda. The one time of the year in Denver when #TCarta has a 'home hydrospatial event. I will be attending all three days, presenting on Tuesday. https://lnkd.in/gRepq4pT Message me if you want to meet up. #geoweek #hydrospatial
