T&B Planning is thrilled to announce the addition of Julia Malisos, LEED AP to our growing Planning team. Julia has 20+ years of experience in policy and design planning, including projects involving Specific Plans, Master Precise Plans, Planned Unit Developments, and General Plan and Zoning Amendments. Julia also works on both developer-driven and public agency-directed design guidelines and is an expert in objective design standard projects. With a solid background in design, planning, and architecture, she prepares documents that are both practical and visionary, enhancing communities while meeting technical and regulatory requirements. Julia holds chair positions within the Urban Land Institute - Orange County/Inland Empire District Council, is a frequent speaker at training and mentoring events, and will be an incredible asset to our high caliber management team. Doubled down on #ProjectApprovals! T&B Planning’s Development Services team led entitlement services for two infill redevelopment projects in the City of Torrance for Rexford Industrial that were approved last month on the same Planning Commission docket. The Fujita Street CUP permits a new 87,000 s.f. industrial building on 3.8 acres. The 3574-3555 Voyager Street CUP and Parcel Map permits two new industrial buildings totaling 68,704 s.f. on 2.9 acres. The City applauded the attention to design details and will soon welcome three new LEED Gold Certified buildings to Torrance. #TBPlanning #PermitExpediting #Infill #Development
