St. Anne's Family Services Center recently celebrated the breaking ground on their modern style residence. The 2-story 3,170 square foot residence will include anti-ligature provisions and will have separate offices on the second floor where the staff can manage the household and supervise the residents on a 24/7 basis. There will be full access control and security as well as data infrastructure throughout the entire building. We are pleased to announce that the Monte Vista Elementary School Modular Classroom Building is officially complete! The recently completed Rio Hondo College "L" Tower Phase 2 renovation project re-purposed an under-utilized 5-story building into the District's headquarters and administrative offices. The project allows for consolidation of District Departments within a single building and provides the departments with modern accommodations that will improve the daily work experience for the District employees.
