Meet Jake Taylor, a construction line foreman at Taylor Electric. Jake has worked here for 7 years. He said the most rewarding part about this work is the relationships he has built with his team and with customers. Some of the guys feel like family! "My Mindset as a construction foreman [and] doing the dangerous parts of this job is keeping my crew and myself safe," he said. There's an old saying in this line of work that "you are your brother's keeper." Jake said this rings true to him. "I just want to keep everyone safe."
