🚨 Customer & Employee Appreciation Alert 🏅 Thank you to Jorge for your hard work & dedication to serving our customers the Tax-Air way! Thank you Bridge to Basics for sharing this with the LinkedIn community!
We want to take this moment to give a shout out to Jorge from Tax Airfreight, Inc. On Friday, we had a big delivery of hygiene items from our partners at HDI Wholesale (always the best!). Jorge, pictured below, needed to navigate a VERY LARGE trailer into a fairly tight space given some vehicles parked in the way. But he maneuvered his rig like it was a sedan! He then helped bring all of our pallets to our WareSpace unit as the pallets were pretty tall and we were a little nervous to move them on our own. All the while he was moving pallets, he was asking us questions about what we do. It was a simple conversation and maybe nothing to him as he navigated the pallet jack, but we appreciate that Jorge took that extra bit of time to help us out and make our day a little easier. Thank you, Jorge! And thank you to Tax Airfreight for a seamless and safe delivery of our large personal care product order. You are helping support more #basicneeds of our #hygieneinsecure neighbors!

Tax-Air Holiday Schedule Update! In observance of the Christmas holiday, Tax Airfreight will be closed December 25th, 2024. Our MKE, MSN, CHI and NEE offices will operate with a skeleton crew for local areas only with advanced arrangements on December 24th, 2024. Our MSP, IA and MO terminals will be closed on December 24th, 2024. All normal operations will resume on Thursday, December 26, 2024. For the New Year’s holiday, Tax Airfreight will be closed January 1st, 2025. Our MKE, MSN, CHI, NEE and MSP offices will operate with a skeleton crew for local areas only with advanced arrangements on December 31st, 2024. Our IA and MO terminals will also have skeleton crews working December 31st, 2024. All normal operations will resume on Thursday, January 2, 2025. The Tax-Air team wishes you a safe holiday season!
