My conversation with Anthony Rose after my Tavern Community Coworking talk about firing was far too short, so now we're going to have a longer conversation together AND you're all invited to listen in!
As a founder you want to focus all your time on product and growth. But running a team comes with no end of complexities, from motivating the team to firing people who just aren't performing. The first time you need to do that it's hugely traumatic. So when I met Thejus Chakravarthy give a talk on when and how to part ways with grace and empathy with people who aren't working out, I thought we have to do a webinar on that. It's an essential skill every founder needs. Thu 1PM ET / 5PM London. We'll cover - The complexity of self-organizing systems - Balancing authority, autonomy, and accountability - Cognitive vs Behavioural interventions in the workplace - Balancing professionalism and empathy in terminations https://lu.ma/edd3kmv6
