关于我们

TAT, a 501c3 organization, is dedicated to raising up a defensive force of transportation professionals across North America to assist law enforcement in the recognition and reporting of human trafficking, in order to aid in the recovery of victims and the arrest of perpetrators. Recognizing that certain industries are uniquely positioned to recognize and report human trafficking, TAT partners with the trucking, truck stop, bus and energy industries to engage their workforces in this fight. TAT also partners with government agencies and law enforcement throughout the U.S. and Canada and builds public-private partnerships between the transportation and energy industries and law enforcement to combat this crime. TAT stands committed to educate, equip, empower and mobilize members of key industries and agencies to combat human trafficking. We educate our partners with industry/agency-specific top-tier training tools to recognize and report this crime and to use a victim-centered approach when engaging with potential victims of trafficking. We equip our partners with training, language, action plans and policies to make a positive impact on this crime. We come alongside our partners and empower them to activate those within their sphere of influence to get involved. We mobilize the largest army of transportation/industry professionals and public sector partners to lend their expertise and their voices to this movement.

TAT team members Lexi Higgins and Louie Greek traveled to Philadelphia Feb. 1-4 for the American Bus Association's 2025 Marketplace. In addition to manning an exhibit booth throughout the event, ABA also invited TAT to present as a part of their 'Education Bites' presentation series. Higgins and Greek reconnected with longtime supporters from the bus industry and met new potential motorcoach partners. Thank you to ABA for their leadership on this issue! #ABAMarketplace Photo credit for photos 2-4: ABA

??TAT Energy Featured Partner ?? Enbridge has embedded TAT’s program into training for project members, contractors and construction workers, resulting in over 15,000 people educated on how to recognize and report human trafficking. An ongoing emphasis on anti-trafficking education and awareness during safety and project meetings helps keep employees vigilant to spot human trafficking and report it to local police or the National Human Trafficking Hotline. Enbridge has been a TAT corporate sponsor since 2017 and, in that time, has worked closely with TAT for development of their anti-human trafficking program, volunteered with TAT’s mobile exhibit, the Freedom Drivers Project, and co-hosted a Coalition Build with TAT in Dickinson, North Dakota which brought together energy industry leaders and law enforcement to combat human trafficking in the state. A huge round of applause for Enbridge for the work they are doing to further TAT's mission and to combat human trafficking in the energy industry! ?? #TATEnergy #TATPartner #Energy #OilAndGas

Five years of TAT's energy program! TAT recently celebrate five years of our energy program, and we are proud to share with you our five-year impact report. Originating in 2017, TAT's early involvement with the energy industry began as U.S.-based energy companies started to recognize the risks of sex trafficking in the areas in which they were operating, particularly in rural communities experiencing an influx of workers during oil and gas booms. As an industry with a significant number of professional drivers, energy companies offered TAT a pathway to train more truck drivers. Now, in addition to training truck drivers in the energy industry, TAT works with the energy industry as a whole, and in 2019, we officially released our energy-focused training video! This training, in collaboration with redM Oil & Gas Awareness Group and made possible through the generous donations from 12 energy companies (tagged below), has resulted in a combined total of 43 energy companies or contractors and 49,127 individuals being TAT-Trained! Check out the report at https://lnkd.in/gG3aF87n to read more. #Energy #OilAndGas #TATEnergy #MobileArmy #HumanTrafficking Apache Corporation Crestwood (acquired) Enbridge Enverus Equinor Felix Energy (acquired) Linde Noble Energy (acquired) BASF OVS Group (acquired) Phillips 66 Stallion Infrastructure Services

February is National Association for Pupil Transportation (NAPT)'s Love the Bus Month! Schools and communities across the country come together to honor the iconic yellow school bus and the dedicated drivers who transport millions of students safely each day. This month-long celebration provides a wonderful opportunity to express gratitude and raise awareness about the importance of school transportation. By highlighting the vital role of school buses, Love the Bus month reminds us all of the essential service they provide, ensuring that every child can access education with safety and reliability. Beyond keeping kids safe as they go to-and-from school, school transportation professionals are also part of the growing movement of people who are educating, training and remaining vigilant in regards to their students' well-being, including looking out for signs of exploitation. School bus drivers are a vital part of TAT's mobile army, and - just like truck drivers - are in a unique position to recognize and report human trafficking as they go about their everyday jobs and lives. Thank you to the school transportation industry for being an integral part of this fight! #LoveTheBusMonth #NAPT #TATSchoolTransportation
