Today was the 2nd day of session 2 at Tasty Academy! We started our day with parts 1 & 2 of Situational Leadership. Afterwards we put into action what we learned so far and conducted our first "DM Store Visits - The Customer Experience". We utilized our 3 Hickory, NC area Huts. Afterwards we all meet at one location and: 1. Had a Stuffed Crust Contest. Winner was Tasty Chick'n DO - Benjamin Benson! 2. We learned how to make a perfect pizza and all 9 participants made some Tasty Pizza's! ?? ?? ?? 3. Tasty Academy Day 1 of Session 2 is a wrap. The participants had a full day of workshops that started with the ever loving "This or That". Tasty Chick'n participants taught us the Chicken Dance and everyone joined in. This is what taking the bull by the horns looks like….when visiting Sandy Ridge - Hickory, NC to promote Logan, she had not only just ensured school lunch went off without a hitch, but her team was already working hard to start prep for the next day’s school lunch. The whole atmosphere and Hut Family was buzzing with excitement in anticipation of putting the final stamp of approval on their new RGM! As you can see, Logan is super excited in her new role as she received her promotion! Logan may be new in her RGM experience, but she has what you cannot teach….a heart for people. What a fun place to work?? Logan wanted to share… “Hi, my name is Logan Lehman. I have been working at Sandy Ridge since I was 16 and will be hitting 9 years in June of this year! One session today at Tasty Academy we practice "Listening Skills" where you had to build with Legos an object without any written instructions.
