It's a tricky time with growing cuts to the Federal government workforce, a place many veterans look for employment after service, and the tenacious desire to end remote work limiting options for vets on the move. Tuatara will stay committed in our efforts to create technical job growth onshore in #America, support the #military community, and enhance our remote workforce systems ability to outperform our offshore competition. Transparent, authentic, passionate, #America loving dreamers with the grit to make it so, we are.

I would LOVE to see the Milwaukee Brewers and the Milwaukee Bucks Inc. step up and match the Arizona Diamondbacks $250k contribution they made to the Veterans Community Project Veterans tiny home community in Arizona for the 42 veteran tiny home community project in #Milwaukee that is currently in capital campaign fundraising mode and just needs a bit of a push ($600k) to get to the "break ground" mark in the effort!! Been AWESOME seeing the #veteran nonprofit and corporate veteran advocacy behind the drive. Taskforce Uplift and the Veterans Alliance are working to drum up some additional financial support for the effort as we plan to invest over $40k in providing each tiny home with tech to get vets connected. Together, we make it happen! Shout out to the Green Bay Packers for setting the tempo in the vet community by issuing a grant to Veterans 1st of NEW for their veteran tiny home efforts in Green Bay! May 28th, 2025, Tuatara Consulting, Inc. will be partnering up with our Kohler Co. KAVS, Caddie School for Soldiers battle buddies, & the rest of the Veterans Alliance to host our 3rd Annual Vets Alliance Charitable Golf Tournament! This year, it will be held at Kohlers beautiful Whistling Straits Irish Course with golfers, veteran nonprofit partners, sponsors, and volunteers being treated to a first-class experience with a great day of golf, lunch at the Irish Barn, and access to the clubhouse and locker room where greats like Woods, Daly and so many others have passed! 9 veteran nonprofit partners will be positioned on holes sharing their missions with golfers. We will also be doing our annual food drive to support homeless #veterans with this year's haul going to Center for Veterans Issues, Inc.! Primary benefactors of the event will be Taskforce Uplift and Caddie School for Soldiers with 100% of all Taskforce Uplifts proceeds being used to purchase new tech for the 42 tiny home community effort being built in Milwaukee by Veterans Community Project! Together, great things happen! This event sells out fast every year, get after it!

Since then, TFU has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars, expanded the program to Veteran ERG teams at Rockwell Automation, and Kohler Co., donated thousands of laptops to veteran families and their children in need, helped to close the digital divide, and generated well over $1m in economic impact through a 100% volunteer driven organization! With a little help from a lot of friends, we can, we will, and we do make a difference within our communities. 2024 has been a heck of a ride for Tuatara Consulting, Inc. and Taskforce Uplift! Thousands of devices distributed to veterans and veteran #children in need, more than doubled the size of the company (60%+ veteran employees)….which is awesome from a business point of view, but our purpose, establish “customer for life” relationships and build business value driven solutions for our clients = upskilling and job opportunities for transitioning #veterans…..#life changing! Couldn’t pass the opportunity to share the Tuatara logo hanging with Santa and Tony Tuatara’s cousins at the FLORIDA KEYS BREWING CO, LLC on our annual year end Christmas trip to Key West with my trusted sidekick! Rest, relax…recharge…..we’re coming for you 2025! Happy Holidays!!!

So cool seeing the impact of donated tech from Kohl's, Kohler Co., and Rockwell Automation IT come full circle!
