The shelter is home to children who have faced so many challenges in their young lives, yet they welcomed us with bright smiles and open hearts. We organized some fun activities like games, singing, and decorating the Christmas tree so the kids could fully enjoy the holiday spirit. We also handed out gifts, from toys to essential items, and shared a festive meal together. Seeing their excitement and hearing their laughter reminded us of the joy that even the smallest gestures can bring. This visit reminded us of the true meaning of Christmas sharing love, kindness, and hope. It’s not just about giving gifts but about showing these kids that they are not alone and that people genuinely care. Together, we can bring a little more light into their lives not just at Christmas but all year round.
