Amber started her career at TASC as an intern during her last semester at SIU and was later hired as a Case Manager. Today, Amber is an Administrator. She oversees a team of Case Managers and Workforce Coordinators, ensuring they have the resources and support they need to better serve our clients. She also facilitates and maintains relationships with service providers, partners, and other stakeholders to better assist populations in given areas. Amber finds the greatest joy in seeing her staff grow—and we’ve loved seeing her grow and thrive, too! ?? #WomenOfTASC

Laura trains and supports Case Managers working in our Corrections Transition Program. Her team works with people coming out of treatment in prison, helping them re-integrate back into the community as effortlessly as possible. She finds joy in providing resources for clients and connecting them to the services they need to thrive. One of the most rewarding things about her job is seeing clients succeed and rebuilding their lives after prison. Thank you, Laura, for the unwavering support you provide to your team! ?? #WomenOfTASC

Diane loves supporting people and helping them achieve their goals, which is why she finds so much joy in her work at TASC. At the Stateville Northern Reception Center, she screens individuals facing prison time to determine if they can benefit from TASC services. Diane offers her support by acknowledging their emotional challenges, using non-stigmatizing language to create a judgment-free space, normalizing difficult feelings, and recognizing their courage in seeking help. Her work at the forefront of our mission does not go unnoticed. Thank you for your dedication, Diane! #WomenOfTASC

https://lnkd.in/g_H2t4uZ Medicaid is more than just health coverage—it’s a lifeline. In his powerful testimonial, Matthew McFarland, TASC’s Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Community Relations, shares how Medicaid not only saved his life but also helped him become the leader he is today. Cutting Medicaid funds would strip vital services from individuals and families, putting entire communities at risk. Watch now to learn why protecting Medicaid is critical for the well-being of us all! #HandsOffMedicaid

TASC’s Senior Director of Development, Alicia Osborne MA, CRC, LCPC, joined Forefront (Illinois) and Illinois nonprofit leaders in Washington, D.C., to advocate for stronger support of charitable giving. Alicia met with Congressman Danny K. Davis and Senator Tammy Duckworth to discuss how legislation like the Charitable Act can help nonprofits, including TASC, continue providing essential services in behavioral health, recovery, and justice reform. Nonprofits play a critical role in strengthening communities across Illinois, and increased charitable support ensures organizations like TASC can continue making an impact. Want to support our work? Make a donation today and help us expand our reach! https://lnkd.in/gz7xYpm3 We’re grateful for the opportunity to connect with policymakers and champion the needs of the nonprofit sector! #NonprofitAdvocacy #CharitableGiving #TASCIllinois #PolicyMatters
