?? Meet Sara, Our Inspiring COO and Co-Founder! ?? Sara is at the heart of Tarjimly's mission to eliminate language barriers for refugees, asylum seekers, and immigrants. Her unwavering dedication to addressing the challenges faced by displaced people led Sara to realize the need for translation services that would grant access to vital resources for those encountering language barriers. Tarjimly is proud to have been selected as one of the top 8 finalists for the Continuum Spark Awards (@collectivecontinuum) hosted by @gmwnetwork, which is all about making a positive impact on the lives of people worldwide. This groundbreaking global search seeks solutions to today's most pressing issues, and we're honored to be part of it. On November 12, 2023, we'll be in Doha, pitching our vision to a panel of experts. The winning idea will receive a $100,000 cash investment, with the top three ideas also getting $50,000 worth of Brand development, Consulting, and Mentoring. It's an incredible opportunity to amplify our mission. Stay tuned for more updates as we embark on this journey to make a lasting impact!

Our team is made up of refugees and immigrants, our co-founders are MIT graduates, YC alum, Echoing Green fellows, and Forbes 30 Under 30, and our advisors are experts in translation, SaaS technology, and disaster response.

A huge thank you to the incredible team at HL BaSE for their invaluable support, especially Tom Walsh, Fenella Chambers, Denisa Ismalaj, and Yasmin Waljee OBE, whose enthusiasm for our mission continues to motivate us. It was great to meet some of the other incredible organizations last Friday and to hear from Mark Cheng. And that's a wrap! 19 impact organisations from across the UK and CE met with their team of lawyers on Friday as part of our second #HLBaSETraining cohort. Huge thanks to our keynote speakers, Andrew Bastawrous, Elizabeth Beall and Mark Cheng, and our colleagues across EMEA who will be supervising their team of junior lawyers as they go on to advise their social enterprise clients over the next 6 months. #BusinessAsAForceForGood #SocEnt #SocialImpact #ProBono Yasmin Waljee OBE Adrian Walker Nicola Evans Tobias Faber Carolin Marx Fenella Chambers Tom Walsh Dr. Marion Fischer Camilla Fr?hlich Denisa Ismalaj Edunet Foundation Coastruction V?ter PAL gGmbH MTS Social Design Ibions HateAid ZULA SIMBIO Onlus More Than Yemeni Dish Centro per la Salute del Bambino Air Aware Labs Deya Digital Boost Every Future Foundation Ksquared Tarjimly Storymix RAW herEthical AI
