My engineering team has been working closely with large enterprises and fast-growing startups over the past six months on passing AI compliance reviews. We've learned that the key to adoption for any AI tooling is ensuring you can pass these reviews. Startups building AI tools are often known for mishandling data. We've seen our customers cancel contracts with many of them after discovering exposed endpoints with cleartext data, raw payload dumping directly into AI APIs, and excessive logging of prompt responses in third-party software that customers weren't aware of. Using the valuable information we've collected from stakeholders, CIOs, and InfoSec leaders in the space, I decided to create an AI compliance questionnaire template for enterprises and growth-stage startups to use. The aim of recording responses to this questionnaire is to: - Mitigate risk: Ensure responsible AI development and deployment. - Build trust: Foster transparency and ethical data handling practices. - Maximize ROI: Drive sustainable growth with responsible AI. We handle the data hygiene for you, spend less time figuring out where things are. - Improvements to our drop down UI's Another fun fact, our versions are named after California's remarkable state parks and reserves. The Mono Lake has one of my favorite calcium-carbonate spire formations that were formed by the interaction of freshwater springs and alkaline lake water, its just a few miles away from the Yosemite National Park.

In this week's release, we're announcing Goals and Distributions, designed to improve development clarity and visibility for engineering teams ?? The Allocations page is now split into two views, making it easier for engineering leaders to set goals, track initiatives, and monitor their team’s work distribution. In addition to the new Allocations views, our app now features in-app notifications on PR cycle time and deployment frequency reports! These reports include metrics such as time to open, time to merge, and percentage changes compared to the last period, allowing you to see performance trends over weeks. This week, we’re excited to unveil a new feature that helps you improve the efficiency of code integration processes: branch merge time ?? ? Branch merge time is a feature designed to monitor how long it takes for pull requests (PRs) to be merged into one or more specified branches.?The system will aggregate cycle time data, providing insights regarding the duration of merge operations and allowing you to identify blockers and improve velocity. Excited to share that today, Tara AI is announcing as a Google for Startups AI company, joining their accelerator cohort of 15 companies, running from March to May. We are planning to work with teams at google tackling training, inference and fine tuning LLMs for engineering efficiency. And (hopefully) get access to Gemini 1.5. Doubly excited about this as Google first pioneered the DORA metrics framework.
