?? We had a tie this month for Employee of the Month! Congrats to Kristina and Alex! Kristina joined our team in May 2024 and has been an absolute rock star BHT! She is working towards her master’s degree in social work. “She always makes our environment warm, safe and welcoming. She makes me feel safe and is always here to listen and support. She also makes great coffee!” Alex joined our team in June 2024 and brings with him years of experience. He is dedicated to quality care and ensuring our clients are safe. “He always makes us laugh and is willing to go out of his way for others. He’s kind, friendly and makes me feel comfortable. He’s restored my faith in men and makes me feel safe!”

The Silverline leadership team had an absolute blast at their very first annual team-building outing! What an incredible way to express gratitude and kick off the holiday season together!
