Upon arrival, we had the opportunity to create our own bespoke LAVO Negroni, selecting our base, essence and finish from a variety of options – an excellent and unique way to elevate the guest experience ???? Followed by an exceptional dinner created by the group’s Chief Culinary Officer Ralph Scamardella and executed by Culinary Director Stefano Lorenzini.
