On Thursday, TANK and Northern Kentucky University teamed up to ‘Let It Shine’ at the official BLINK kick-off parade, showcasing the power of sustainable public transit and local creativity ??? After weeks of hard work by TANK staff and the talented students from College of Informatics at NKU and NKU School of the Arts, our shared vision lit up the streets of Cincinnati. This partnership shows just how incredible Northern Kentucky is when we work together! Let us know if you hopped on a TANK bus for BLINK.

As we embarked on our first microtransit program, now known as TANK+, our team realized in the early stages how important it would be for us to spend time in these communities pre and post launch. For the last several months we visited libraries, grocery stores, community events, city council meetings, senior facilities and more - focusing on educating people about how TANK+ works and how to book your trip. Being out in the public allowed us to connect to more people, listen to their feedback, answer questions, and assist them with the booking process. Our work is far from complete, but we've helped lay the foundation for a deeper level of communication and a stronger transportation network in Northern Kentucky - focusing on our transit dependent and senior populations. #TeamTANK
