Tanduo's team recently spent a fantastic day at the Green Bay Botanical Garden. It was a mix of community service and team bonding, where we got our hands dirty and contributed to the upkeep of the gardens. Every team member, from those who have been with us for years to our newest colleagues, came together to show their dedication to our community. This day reinforced how teamwork and a positive approach are essential for our success. A big thank you to the staff at the Green Bay Botanical Garden for hosting us and to everyone who participated, making the day truly memorable. The Manufacturing First Expo and Conference was a great event yesterday! The key note by Steve Jones was great and I especially loved the quote related to the Trust Framework by Jadin Jones: trust is "caught in rain drops and lost in buckets" I also got a chance to meet with many people in my MFG network, meet some new companies and people, and hang out with Ryan Lange from our team at Tanduo Technical Partners Inc..
