Yesterday, we had the pleasure of joining EDC Lancaster County for their Annual Meeting Breakfast. We heard some great insights from EDC leader, Ezra Rothman, detailing EDC's work this past year as well as future plans. ? In addition, we heard from Founders Market & Co. owners, Alex Thompson and Matthew D. Stargel, sharing the mission of Founders Market and how it's impacting the Food and Beverage industry in Lancaster! ? Yesterday we had the pleasure of sharing space at the Pennsylvania Center for Employee Ownership (PaCEO) to discuss insights and initiatives with kevin mcphillips, Ken Baker and other professionals within the Employee Ownership industry. Executive Director, Drew Mousetis, was also given the opportunity to share Tandem's mission, to offer pathways for business success through profit sharing and direct employee ownership that lead to shared prosperity and stronger communities! One of the highlights was learning about the Baker Project. This incredible new organization has been built on the core pillars of content, curriculum, and community.
