Recently, we had the pleasure of hearing from Daniel Wheeler, who shared valuable insights into the various development projects and markets that he has worked in! It was an incredible learning opportunity that provided our members with a deeper understanding of the industry. We would like to extend our thanks to Daniel for taking the time to come and speak with us!

Recently, our members had the opportunity to attend a site visit with Caldwell Companies! REDA members were able to tour different asset classes in various phases of development within Towne Lake. This included multifamily, commercial, mixed-use, and single-family properties. It was an incredible opportunity to learn firsthand about the diverse projects and the teams behind them. We would like to extend our thanks to everyone at Caldwell Companies and their hospitality during the visit. This was an invaluable experience to all of our members!

REDA members recently had the amazing opportunity to hear Shane Hesson with Endeavor Real Estate Group speak about his experience with mixed-use developments. It was an invaluable learning experience for our members! We greatly appreciate Mr. Hesson taking the time to come and share his knowledge with us! Thank you to all who attended and participated in the event, and a special thanks to those who organized it!

Tomorrow night REDA will be hosting an End of Year Party at The Corner to celebrate another amazing semester! Yesterday, we had the opportunity to hear Kim Ngan Ho, an MLPD Alumni, share her experience working in land acquisitions. The ability to gain real world insight into land acquisitions and the industry as a whole was extremely valuable. We are so thankful for all of the knowledge and advice she shared during this presentation! Thank you, Kim! Thank you to everyone who joined us for this speaker event. Last week, REDA Members had the opportunity to attend two site tours with IDV, Investment & Development Ventures, LLC , and Hillwood Communities. This was an amazing opportunity to gain insight into industrial and residential development within the Houston area. Thank you to all members who attended and everyone who made this possible!
