Tampa Bay is shaping the next generation of visionaries! TampaWell recently teamed up with Feeding Tampa Bay's Catalyst Program, empowering young adults with the strategies and insights needed to address food insecurity. Here's what one of the bright young minds in the Catalyst Program had to say about their experience with TampaWell and Feeding Tampa Bay as they work to address food insecurity: “[T]his experience taught me that helping those less fortunate requires much less effort than I previously thought. Small acts of kindness, like volunteering a few hours a week or donating food, can make a significant difference in someone’s life. By sharing my experience, I hope to inspire others in my school and community to take action and contribute to the fight against food insecurity.” - Christian, grade 10 The Catalyst Program is one more way that TampaWell, activated by Tampa General Hospital, is promoting health and wellness for all ages in Tampa Bay! #TampaWell #CommunityPower

What an incredible day at Girl Scout Fest! Thank you to everyone who joined us this past Saturday at the Florida State Fairgrounds. Families came together to explore the many exciting opportunities Girl Scouts offers, from hands-on activities in STEM to entrepreneurship and outdoor adventures. It was wonderful to see both current members and newcomers diving into the fun, earning their TampaWell Wellness Warrior patches, and creating lasting memories. A huge shout out to the volunteers and supporters who made this event possible!
