18 years ago, Khrysten Sears Spencer arrived at UF as a #firstgen student with 8-month-old Allannah. Now, she returns to send this Class of 2028 Gator off on a journey of her own. ?? Despite the challenges of being a young mother, Khrysten graduated in just three years and built a successful career as a speech-language pathologist, thanks to support from the Machen Florida Opportunity Scholars program. ??
