Earlier this week, it became official: Google 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐜𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 Wiz 𝐟𝐨𝐫 $𝟑𝟐𝐁 — the largest cybersecurity acquisition in history. It’s a powerful validation of cloud-native security and a huge win for the entire industry. It’s a defining moment for the 𝐈𝐬𝐫𝐚𝐞𝐥𝐢 𝐜𝐲𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦, showcasing what’s possible when bold vision meets flawless execution. 𝐄𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬 𝐚𝐠𝐨, we Tamnooners shared our perspective on what this deal could mean for the industry — and the momentum we were already seeing around Wiz. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/gv5JK4jw Since then, our partnership with Wiz has only deepened — and the results speak for themselves. Following Wiz’s recent agreement with Check Point Software, we see a significant wave of interest in managed migrations. Customers are turning to Tamnoon'𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭-𝐢𝐧-𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 to ensure smooth transitions, unlock value quickly, and drive secure cloud transformation at scale. From day-zero implementation to ongoing remediation and optimization, we’re proud to help Wiz and CNAPP customers accelerate their security journeys. 997 days. That’s how long, on average, streaming misconfigurations sits open. That’s almost three years longer than most security budgets, job cycles, or compliance audits. But why do these alerts stay unresolved for so long? 📌 Streaming alerts are rare and hard. They make up only 0.35% of all alerts, meaning most teams have little experience remediating them. 📌 They’re tied to real-time infrastructure. Streaming services power high-visibility, high-value product components so engineers hesitate to make changes that could disrupt performance. 📌 They get lost in the backlog. With teams juggling hundreds or thousands of open alerts, deciding which ones to fix first is overwhelming. Many critical issues get buried for weeks… or years. The result? Persistent misconfigurations in some of the most sensitive parts of your cloud environment. Read the full report here. https://hubs.ly/Q039-_5S0

You’ve likely heard the big news by now. Google is set to acquire Wiz for $32 billion — the biggest-ever cybersecurity acquisition. Looking past the deal, there’s a more important message to focus on here. First, I’d like to congratulate the Wiz team. They’ve accomplished incredible things, inspired an entire industry, and set the standard for executing a vision. This is an incredible achievement for the entire security industry and the Israeli tech community during a difficult time. I won’t dive into the specifics of the deal and what it means for the broader industry. Our CBO Ran Nahmias already did that (link to post in comments). Here at Tamnoon, we see this deal as an exciting opportunity as more organizations continue moving to the cloud. We’re still dedicated to delivering managed cloud security for any organization, regardless of your chosen tool, and help our customers continuously and significantly reduce their cloud exposure. Nothing’s changed there. And our team of multi-cloud experts is as ready as ever to deliver on that promise. Regardless of what cybersecurity acronym, cloud provider, or CNAPP you use — we can get your cloud exposure to 0 within 90 days. If critical alerts are the fire alarms, high alerts are the background noise that never stops. CNAPPs are designed to surface as many potential risks as possible which means security teams aren’t just dealing with critical alerts. They’re drowning in highs. 🔴 Critical alerts? Just 1.4% of the total. 🔺 High alerts? A staggering 33.7%. Even if teams clear their criticals, they still face an overwhelming backlog of “high-priority” issues, many of which are just a tiny point away from critical. This makes sense, because if everything is a priority nothing is a priority. But that also means borderline-critical issues are getting lost in the "high" pile The result? A security queue that’s 17 times larger than the critical one leaving even the most efficient teams struggling to keep up. The real question: How do you cut through the noise and fix what matters? The recent announcement about migrating Check Point Software CNAPP customers to Wiz was top of mind for me at CPX this year. As I reconnected with friends and colleagues from Check Point, it was only natural to reminisce. Back in October 2018, I was part of the Check Point Software executive team that led the acquisition of Dome9 (Acquired by Check Point). Adding CSPM to our cloud security portfolio was a huge milestone, and the energy within the global cloud security team was electric. I still remember those early post-acquisition days—navigating startup culture within a larger enterprise. Apple laptops being swapped out, the shift to office life (short-lived, thanks to COVID)… all part of the journey. As an enthusiastic supporter of both companies, this moment feels like the end of an era—and the beginning of an exciting new chapter. At Tamnoon, we’re helping a wide range of organizations—from large enterprises to mid-sized companies—navigate this migration (and others) with great success. If you’re in the process of planning your migration and want to make it smooth and strategic, feel free to reach out. If I was part of your Dome9 procurement journey, I might feel that I owe you one 😊

Most security teams struggle with visibility. Are you one of them? An intuitive dashboard makes all the difference when security teams are juggling fragmented information and competing priorities. That’s exactly why we built a new dashboard to eliminate the guesswork and provide a clear, real-time view of what teams are working on. ✔️ See your risk exposure and how it’s improving ✔️ Track remediation efforts and measure their impact ✔️ Get valuable insights into your entire cloud estate Security shouldn’t feel overwhelming. With the right visibility, taking action becomes easier. Check out our latest blog to learn more. Click the link below. https://hubs.ly/Q03bdZ9-0

128 days. That’s how long critical cloud alerts take to resolve on average. Why? It’s not just about having the right tools. It’s about breaking down three key barriers that slow security teams down: 🚧 Too many "critical" alerts, not enough prioritization. With thousands of critical alerts in the backlog, teams struggle to decide what to fix first so many sit unresolved for months. 🕵️ No clear owner. Finding the right person to approve or take action is rarely straightforward. Infrastructure ownership is often spread across multiple teams, making decision-making painfully slow. ⚡Safe remediation is complex. Teams hesitate to act without knowing the potential blast radius of a change. Without context on dependencies, performance impact, or rollback plans, remediation is delayed or doesn’t happen at all. With cloud risk exposure at an all-time high, teams can’t afford to wait 128 days to fix critical issues. Read the full report here. https://hubs.ly/Q039-_q90
