Neurodiversity Celebration Week provides us the opportunity to revel in the talents of approximately 20% of the population, whose strengths, capabilities and insights have advanced us in every domain of industry, science, and the arts. It is also a week to acknowledge that supporting neurodivergent talent within organizations is fundamental – these talents are still underrepresented within organizations.
