Let’s transform psychiatry
We’re a national mental health practice that offers in-network psychiatry and therapy. We were cofounded by a mental health advocate and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist to address the challenges patients, and doctors, face. Currently, 60% of U.S. adults with mental illnesses go untreated, while 45% of clinicians are out of network. We’re here to transform psychiatry with accessible, responsible, and human care for everyone. The goal: healthy minds, and thriving lives.

We’re psychiatrist-led: We were co-founded by a psychiatrist, Dr. Georgia Gaveras, who wanted to build a better practice from the ground up. We offer top-of market pay: We take care of our clinicians so they can focus on taking care of others. Psychiatrists can choose their schedule: They deserve the flexibility to find a schedule that works for them. We have a care-first approach: Longer appointments give our doctors the chance to support patients and build therapeutic relationships.
