It is exciting to help companies find the right talent quickly to fill their critical needs with impactful talent. Recently, we worked with a new client which had 2 key roles (Head of IT and Head of PMO) for their growing organization which they struggled to fill over several months of trying. We started by meeting with the hiring manager to gain an understanding of the roles, organization and define a recruiting plan.
