    We won a multi-million dollar deal with Apple in 2017. It changed how I looked at sales forever, and it's the reason we started Talewind. Over a 6-month sales cycle, Apple requested: - Comprehensive RFP response with over 100 questions - Tailored 40-page proposal / SOW document that was specific to the project - Two custom videos demonstrating new spec capabilities for the project - Tailored presentation slide deck to demonstrate our approach to the project Needless to say, it was mission-critical for us to make the best impression possible.? But because of the large volume of content and quick turnarounds, our team crafted a way to get things out the door. We set up our own proposal automation system — in-house. In the win interview, Apple revealed why they chose to work with us.? According to them, what set us apart wasn't our product or price - it was HOW we showed up during the sales process. Our responsiveness and quality gave Apple a glimpse of our work ethic and culture. We began to realize this wasn't just OUR challenge — it‘s an industry-wide issue.
