    Quit rates, which is the measure of people leaving their jobs on a monthly basis, fell to 1.9% last month, the lowest it's been since June 2020. What does this mean for employers looking for qualified candidates? It means that people aren't leaving their jobs because they believe it will be more difficult to find a new position. What can businesses do to acquire top talent? First of all, take a hard look at your interview process. Have you updated it since before Covid? How many interviews does a candidate have to sit through to get hired? If your process is 3-6 interviews and takes that many or more weeks, it is possible the candidate you want will end up somewhere else. Efficiency is key. If you are discovering that your ads aren't working, you aren't getting the kinds of candidates applying that you are hoping for or are expecting to get, consider using a recruiting firm. We have access to candidates that you may not even know exist. Working with hundreds of resumes a month, we know exactly the level of talent out there.
