I’m excited to share that Talence Group | Executive Search & Consulting Group had the honor of partnering with Deb White, VP of Talent, Culture, and Total Rewards at Blue Origin, to present at the Puget Sound HR Leadership Roundtable, organized by John Nee's Act 1 Events. This event brought HR leaders from various industries together in person to spark meaningful discussions and collaboration. ?? At the roundtable, we presented on "Strategic Value and Stakeholder Alignment through Executive Search as well as Onboarding." I shared insights on how executive search is an opportunity to add value and alignment with leadership and boards, while Deb provided her expertise on the critical role of onboarding in setting leaders up for success and ensuring alignment with company culture. ??It’s inspiring to see leaders from all sectors coming together, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with such a talented group.
