?? KRü PADADEL by Taktika Equity CHAMPION OF THE ALPINE Hexagon Cup 2025! ?? We have lived an unforgettable week, a dream come true that started just a few months ago. What seemed like an ambitious idea became a solid team, with its own identity and a clear objective: to make a mark in professional padel. None of this would have been possible without the vision and trust of our president and owner Gabriel Perez Krieb attached to Alex Ponseti, Eduardo Conde and Ryan Redondo who saw in KUN Aguero and Taktika Equity the opportunity to build something unique. From the beginning, Maxi Sanchez and Ramiro Choya contributed their experience and, together with Mauri del Castillo, put together an exceptional team. Our road through the tournament was not an easy one. We went from last place after four games to win the title, proving that passion, effort and teamwork always pay off. Congratulations to each of the players who gave their best in the most critical moments: Fede Chingotto, Momo González, Claudia Jensen, Vero Virseda, águeda Pérez and Marina Lobo. We are seeking highly qualified and motivated padel coaches to join our international academy with locations in Los Angeles and San Diego. The ideal candidate will be a passionate sports professional with teaching experience. ? Open Positions: 1. Senior Coach (6+ years of experience, preferably with international experience) 2. Junior Coach ? Responsibilities: - Plan and execute training sessions for players of different ages and skill levels. - Develop personalized training programs to improve players' technical, tactical, physical, and mental skills. - Conduct regular assessments of player progress and adjust training plans accordingly. - Foster a positive and motivating team environment, promoting values such as respect, discipline, and teamwork. - Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in padel. - Collaborate with other coaches and club staff to coordinate activities and events. - Prepare players for competitions and provide support during tournaments. ? Qualifications: - Previous experience as a padel coach (minimum 3 years for Junior Coach and 7 years for Senior Coach) - High level of play (1st or 2nd category in Spain) - Recognized padel coaching certification (e.g., from your country's Padel Federation or a similar institution) - In-depth knowledge of padel techniques and tactics - Ability to communicate and teach complex concepts clearly and effectively - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with players of all ages - Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and holidays - Advanced English and Spanish language skills ? Essential Qualities: - Passion for Padel: The coach must have a genuine love for the sport, reflected in their daily teaching and motivation. - Patience and Empathy: Ability to understand and adapt to individual players' needs, promoting a positive learning environment. - Leadership: Ability to inspire and guide players towards their goals, fostering an environment of respect and trust. - Effective Communication: Ability to convey knowledge clearly and motivationally, ensuring players understand and apply taught techniques. - Continuous Learning Mindset: Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and advances in padel and apply this knowledge in training. - Organization: Ability to plan and structure efficient training sessions that maximize players' time and effort. - Resilience: Ability to handle pressure and challenges, both in training and competition, and teach players to do the same. ?
