This week, our leadership team came together for a powerful meeting focused on ensuring we continue to cultivate a culture of safety, integrity, and transparency. The meeting was kickstarted by a motivational speech, “Be a Leader You Would Follow,” by Corey Ciocchetti.?Corey speaks about “authentic success” and living an ethical life, teaches at the Univ. of Denver, and is the author of the book Inspire Integrity.??? The agenda was FULL, but IMPACTFUL!?Each business unit presented on current state and future outlook, participated in “speed networking” discussions on culture, collaborated on future goals to strive for, received recognition awards based on team successes, and showed off their competitive sides during a scavenger hunt. Those discussions were a great opportunity to align on our shared objectives, address challenges, and make sure we’re all moving forward with a clear, unified purpose. ?? Every day, it's the team members who innovate, collaborate, and go above and beyond to deliver results. From the big wins to the small victories, it’s the collective effort of every individual that drives a company forward. We’re proud to have such an amazing team, and we recognize that they’re the true foundation of our success. ??

A: 23 years Q: What recent accomplishment at work has you feeling the most energized? ?? A: I share my accomplishments with my team and crews. In the last year working on STRP, we have effectively stayed ahead of eight (8) cranes working on seven (7) different jobs, all scattered across four (4) other states. ? Q: What are you most passionate about outside of work? ?? A: Traveling, helping others, and having new experiences Q: What’s a fun fact about yourself that most people wouldn’t know? ?? A: I have 12 tattoos! And Counting Q: What unique skill or expertise do you bring to the table that benefits the team? ?? A: Knowledge of People - I have a good sense of character and am able to bring on other people who are good for the overall success of our team.? ? Q: What’s your favorite aspect of our company culture? ?? A: I think the company does a good job of establishing a family-based approach to things.
