"The Breath Battle" - When Breathwork Meets Business Performance Last night, I had the pleasure of collaborating with Jesse Kummer for a unique breathwork session that highlighted something crucial for today's professionals: the power of combining focused breathing with playful energy. Hey there, folks! ?? Back at the BBC again yesterday, and this time we dove into the fascinating world of sleep! ???? I've got my top 3 tips for catching those precious Zzz's, and I'm excited to share them with you! ?? 1. Breathe slowly and gently, especially during the run-up to bedtime. ?? Let's tell our brains that we're safe and ready to drift off into dreamland! ?? 2. Reduce or (gasp!) eliminate caffeine ? - I know, I know, it's not the most popular idea! ?? But since I started tracking my sleep with an Oura Ring, I've discovered that nothing kills my deep sleep and REM more than a cup of coffee! ?? Even just one cup at 8am can be disruptive. Since switching to decaf, I've noticed a huge difference! ?? 3. Get on the light diet ?? - We need to block out artificial light at night, including screens and overhead lights. They trick our brains into thinking it's daytime, making it harder to fall asleep or reach deep sleep. ?? But don't worry, you can still enjoy your Netflix binges! Just grab some blue light blocking glasses and you're good to go! ???? I'm curious to hear from you! What are your favorite sleep tips?
