I don't post much on LinkedIn but I think these types of initiatives are imperative and need to be rejoiced! Today is World Mental Health Day ??, and I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the importance of this day and the theme for this year: "It’s time to prioritise mental health in the workplace." While it’s easy to say we should prioritize mental health, we all know it’s much harder to implement in our everyday work life. That’s why I’m excited to share that we have partnered with Unmind to provide our employees with access to vital mental health resources and training. Our goal is to break down the stigma surrounding mental health and encourage open conversations about it in our workplace. Earlier this week, some of our leadership team began these important discussions, ensuring that wellbeing becomes an integral part of our daily routines, not just on this specific day.
