Last week, we had the honor of participating in a beam signing ceremony for the new Be Well OC Irvine Campus. This event marks a significant milestone in a project that will greatly enhance mental health and substance use disorder services in Orange County. Tilt-Up Concrete Association: ACHIEVEMENT AWARD - GOODMAN LOGISTICS CENTER - Fullerton The #tiltup Achievement Awards were established to honor projects that use site-cast tilt-up concrete to introduce new building types, advance industry technology, and provide unique solutions to building programs. Our winning entry illustrates tilt-up construction's variety, beauty, and flexibility. TAIT & Associates, Inc. was instrumental in providing #civilengineering services alongside our project team in creating this 1.7 Million SF facility which has positively impacted the local community of #Fullerton by bringing in high-paying jobs to residents. All four buildings were leased and productive before construction completion with tenants that include #SproutsFarmersMarket, #Samsung, and #bandainamco.
