We've just opened the first full-service coworking space in San Clemente - due to an increasing demand for workplace options, especially in suburban markets. Our new space is at 100 Avenida La Pata, Suite 200. This new site brings the TailoredSpace coworking portfolio to 10 sites in Southern California with five more locations planned to open in 2025. “The coworking model remains popular as a workplace option. 2025 has already started as one of our busiest months to date. I think a big part of what is attracting clients is our ‘resi-mercial’ model. Our sites have a residential living room styled look and feel in a highly functional commercial space. More than that our clients, who are choosing to leave their home office, are attracted to the collaborative interaction that we further encourage through on-site member events,” shares Co-Founder Drew Sanden. We’ve just opened our latest TailoredSpace location in Laguna Niguel. You can find us on the first floor of the Laguna Design Center. This site was particularly compelling given the strong regional demographics and pent-up demand for coworking space in this submarket. Special thanks to our partner and landlord Dunhill Partners. ? “An important aspect of TailoredSpace is our relationship with landlords. We are a great solution for empty office space.
