Happy October LinkedIn Family! #DomesticViolenceAwarenessMonth was first observed in October 1981 and has been held each year as a way to unite advocates across the nation in efforts to end domestic violence. Communities and organizations across the US connect with the others throughout the month to raise awareness about the signs of abuse, ways to stop it, uplift survivor stories, and provide support and resources. I have the honor of serving as a Board Member for the Interval House and encourage my networks to visit the website: https://lnkd.in/dmPuR5zt.
