Wow what a year it has been, today marks a grand total of 40+ cruises I’ve headlined this year and what a wonderful time I have had sharing my talent with you all, but now it’s time to spend some quality time with the family. A huge thanks to the multitude of companies Ive worked across for all of the opportunities this year, I have seen this industry grow so much over the last 10 years offering some of the most exceptional entertainment out there and I am very grateful to be a small part of that. ☆ Meet the Team! ☆ Alex Crow has just recently joined the team at TAD Management as a Talent Booker and Entertainment Specialist. He's working on bookings for all the American cruise lines, working hand in hand with Beth Schaafsma! Alex calls Tampa, FL home and has been in the entertainment industry since 2000. Alex started as a performer at Busch Gardens Tampa and soon moved in to management there creating and operating all of their consumer events and concerts. In 2016, he joined Carnival Cruise Lines as an Entertainment Director for the Carnival Dream and then transitioned in 2017 to the main office to manage the Guest Entertainment program for the entire fleet. From 2020-2024, he was the Director of Entertainment Productions at ZooTampa building their entertainment offerings from the ground up. Alex has a wife and daughter and says nothing is better than spending time with them! He is also a huge LEGO nerd and loves building new sets as well as going to see live music and theater whenever he gets the chance. "I'm very excited to be joining the TAD Team. Meet the Team!? ? Christian Phillips has been with TAD Management for 7 years, serving as Music Director and playing a key role in Show Creation. Among his many skills, Christian assists with musical arrangements and creates backing tracks for our acts in both the Land and Cruise divisions, playing and singing all instruments not performed live on stage. At our TAD Creative Studios, he’s been integral in bringing numerous shows to life. ? ? Originally from the small village of Waunarlwydd (try pronouncing that!) near Swansea, Wales, Christian comes from a musical family and has been immersed in the arts for as long as he can remember. He got his first record deal at 19 years old and has been a touring and session musician ever since!? ? Outside of TAD, Christian is a self-proclaimed geek, having nearly finished his vintage Star Wars figure collection. He also enjoys reading, watching films, attending concerts, and hitting the gym. ? ?
