Gubra and Taconic Biosciences have used advanced whole-brain 3D imaging to shed light on a widely used Alzheimer’s disease model. By mapping amyloid plaque architecture in ARTE10 mice, we have uncovered significant age- and sex-related differences in the rate of disease progression. These findings deepen our understanding of Alzheimer’s pathology and may help refine the timing of intervention studies in this model. ? Curious to learn more?
