Tacklebox Films, award-winning producers and company to country music's biggest stars over the past 25 years, releases rodeo drama RIDE. Owner and Director Shaun Silva serves as Executive Producer of the film. RIDE is the directorial debut of Jake Allyn, who also co-wrote and stars in the film with writer/ actor Josh Plasse. Cast features C. Thomas Howell, Annabeth Gish and Forrie J. Smith. This first “feature film”, released in theaters and digital today June 14th marks a new chapter for Silva’s Nashville based company TackleBox Films established in 2003. Previously Silva’s directing and producing credits that span more than two decades include Award winning Music and Sports documentaries “Dear Rodeo”, “Irrelevant Giant” concert films, “Kenny Chesney”, “Jason Aldean” TV Specials, unscripted “YELAWOLF Slumerican Life” and music videos.
