Tacala recently held our annual North Star Leadership Conference in Atlanta, Georgia bringing together our Restaurant Leaders, Above Restaurant Leaders and our Restaurant Support Center for a dynamic two-day event. Attendees celebrated Tacala's achievements from 2024, recognizing team successes, and focused on planning for the future, strengthening the company's vision and goals for continued growth. We had inspiring guest speakers to include Neil Manhas and Teneka Ray from Taco Bell Corporate, Mike Grams, Adam Tarnow, and others, who shared valuable insights and leadership strategies. Thank you to all of our attendees and speakers for making this conference one for the books - a true pivotal moment of collaboration, learning and strategic planning.
