Often times we have an abundance of certain things that we grow, and instead of it rotting and throwing it into the compost pile and not knowing what to do with it, it's wonderful to have a resource who can take what we've lovingly grown and share it with the greater community," said Tracy Rudnick, Pony Power Therapies' assistant farm manager. "At the end of the week, we also know that nothing is going to waste and it's going to go somewhere else in our community to help people."
