The future of inspection — Capture. Detect. Analyze. Monitor.
关于我们
T2D2's AI cloud software helps building inspectors and owners automate drone-assisted damage detection through seamless data capture, analysis and monitoring. Unlike a human inspector, T2D2 uses computer vision trained by hundreds of thousands of forensic images to recognize deterioration sooner and catalog exterior inspection data faster, more accurately and with deeper levels of insight.

T2D2 is proud to be a partner on this critical project to reimagine facade inspections and technology in New York City. ??
Big news for fa?ade inspections ? DOB has just launched a new comprehensive study of Local Law 11, the city’s Fa?ade Inspection & Safety Program, which will include recommendations for legislative changes to the city’s fa?ade inspection program. This new study is a major component of the city’s?#GetShedsDown plan, and recommendations that arise from the study will consider ways in which regulatory changes could potentially reduce sidewalk sheds in our city that are not helping to protect the public Thornton Tomasetti, an international engineering consulting firm headquartered in NYC, will conduct this study as an official city consultant. The first deadline for NYC’s Periodic Inspection of Parking Structures (PIPS) has passed and while the majority of owners have submitted their reports on time, more than 400 have failed to do so! These inspection reports for parking structures are not just more paperwork for property owners, they are a powerful new tool to protect the public against hazardous building conditions. Under the city’s PIPS program, the 1056 properties with parking structures located in Lower Manhattan, Midtown and the Upper West Side were required to file their first PIPS report to the Department of Buildings prior to January 1, 2024. Structures outside of these areas have initial reports due later this year, followed by full reports in 2025 and 2027. Learn more about this PIPS cycle: https://lnkd.in/ekvrP-rn
