Michael Hilgert and Reed Reynolds with Superior Duct Fabrication Inc visited and toured T.H. Martin Inc. this morning. They discussed the overall industry, tariffs, shop lean fabrication methods, and logistics. 

What a great first member visit of 2025. Director of Member Engagement, Jackie Ruhlin, visited T.H. Martin Inc.'s office and met with Tom Martinjr (President), Bethany Criscione (Controller) & Kenny Torres (President of K.T & Company). The pre-fabrication facility is an impressive place to visit! Started in 1985, T. H. Martin, Inc. is a full-service mechanical contractor that can handle all aspects of HVAC system design, piping, sheet metal and controls. They use the latest version of Revit SysQue, including 3D upgrades to assist in BIM coordination. Their state-of-the-art, 67,000 square foot manufacturing plant in Brooklyn, Ohio, houses both their sheet metal fabrication shop and our complete pipe prefab department, utilizing the most up-to-date and innovative processes. T.H. Martin also has a location in Akron, where they fabricate and assemble piping as well. Thank you to T.H. Introducing the recently completed Patient Care Tower at the Ashtabula Regional Medical Center! 🏥 This expansive 4-story facility houses over 90 patient care rooms, each outfitted with the latest medical technology, ensuring top-tier care for every individual. As the new main entrance to the hospital, the tower's modern design, enhanced lighting, and welcoming atmosphere set a new standard for patient and visitor experience. The project’s scope extended beyond the new construction, encompassing the renovation of an additional 16,500 square feet of the existing hospital (in progress), the strategic relocation of the helipad, and the creation of a new entry drive and drop-off area.
