In the past year, we’ve had the privilege of working with clinics across six states, delivering nearly a dozen practice management training sessions for clinicians, and developing hundreds of pages of policies and procedures—all with one guiding mission: to help organizations strike the perfect balance between clinical excellence and operational efficiency. It’s been inspiring to witness the dedication and resilience of our clients as we’ve worked together to drive meaningful change. This summer has been an amazing whirlwind of experiences for T&K Consulting LLC as we took turns residing in South Florida partnering with Ellie Mental Health-Boca Raton, FL providing operational guidelines, increasing clinical staff by 100%, and supporting clinicians in practice management development.
