关于我们
The T.J. Community Mission Foundation emerged in 2014 from a deeply rooted commitment to address the pressing healthcare needs of south central Kentucky. Founded on the principles of collaboration, sustainability, and accessibility, our mission has always been clear: to enhance healthcare access for all, ensuring no one is left behind. From the beginning, we recognized the critical role of partnerships in expanding our impact. By supporting the mission of T.J. Regional Health, we have significantly broadened the scope of services available to our community. Our projects range from constructing healthcare facilities to developing innovative programs like Community Medical Care and Samsonville Square, each designed to meet the diverse health needs of our region. Our commitment to the community is unwavering. Every initiative we undertake is aimed at building a healthier, more resilient future for the residents of south central Kentucky. By investing in healthcare education, preventive care, and essential medical services, we not only tackle today's challenges but pave the way for sustainable health solutions that will benefit generations to come. At the T.J. Community Mission Foundation, we believe in the power of community to change lives.

The Drive for 55 campaign is a critical initiative to enhance the long-term success of the Shanti Niketan Hospice Home. Our goal is to raise $1.1 million by securing 55 contributions of $20,000 each, helping pay off the remaining construction loans and creating a sustainable fund for ongoing care. Every $20,000 donation relieves one month of debt for the Home, and thanks to a matching gift opportunity, donations of $20,000 or more will be matched with an additional $5,000. Your support will provide compassionate care to families during their most challenging times, while leaving a lasting legacy for future generations. Watch our full campaign video and learn how you can contribute to this important cause today.

We can help if we set our minds to it. Samsonville Square provides such a unique but beneficial opportunity to our patients. With our therapists providing hands-on care and our patients growing in real-life simulations, the opportunity for healing and growing is endless. We are so thankful for our therapists, patients, and YOU for making this dream become a reality.

One goal of Samsonville Square is to provide a safe space for our patients to grow in their abilities of independent living. With our therapists and resources, we aim to help patients reestablish a way to take care of themselves at home.? Thank you for all of the love, care, and support that our community shows us. Without your help, resources like Samsonville Square wouldn't be possible. #tjcmf #samsonvillesquare #tjcommunitymissionfoundation #nonprofit #rehabservices #therapy #realitysimulations #recovery
