    This week we brought together the industry's brightest minds for our 35th annual SNUG Silicon Valley event and our inaugural Synopsys Inc Executive Forum. In my opening keynote, I discussed the opportunity to enable incredible innovations that advance humankind in this era of pervasive intelligence: https://bit.ly/4bOduIM Delivering the software-defined intelligent systems and the AI silicon that powers them is a massive challenge, as engineers face unprecedented complexity and an accelerated pace of innovation.? ? To address these challenges, we must re-engineer engineering with new workflows, augmented by AI, to accelerate silicon to system development. And we see a future, paradigm-shifting opportunity with Synopsys technologies like AgentEngineer, which will augment, not replace, human engineers, and help R&D teams manage design complexity, accelerate their innovation, and address the engineering workforce gap. There’s truly never been a more exciting time to be an engineer! ? A special thank you to Arm CEO Rene Haas and Microsoft Chairman and CEO Satya Nadella for joining me during my sessions.     That's a wrap for #SNUG25! ???? Capping off with 3,000 attendees, two jam-packed keynote sessions and over 100 technical presentations, the 35th year of our biggest event did not disappoint. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who participated in SNUG Silicon Valley 2025. Innovation and transformative technology took center stage, with "Re-engineering Engineering" being the central theme of our President and CEO Sassine Ghazi's keynote and "Scaling Compute for the Age of Intelligence" presented by OpenAI's Head of Hardware, Richard Ho. In between, Synopsys tool and technology users enjoyed tutorials, partner showcases, and two full days of networking opportunities (including the famous SNUG Pub ??).     AI silicon is pushing transistor geometries to Angstrom levels, transistor counts are on the march to trillions and HW roadmaps are dramatically accelerating to 12–18 month cycles. These trends are driving unprecedented #EDA performance requirements.?Synopsys Inc is making significant investments in #AcceleratedComputing to stay ahead of these trends. Today, at #GTC25, we announced how our partnership with NVIDIA is delivering exceptional performance across design, verification and manufacturing on NVIDIA GPU and CUDA-X libraries. For example, Synopsys PrimeSim is projected to deliver up to 30x faster circuit simulation on NVIDIA GB200 Grace Blackwell Superchips, and with the NVIDIA B200 Blackwell architecture, Synopsys Proteus is projected to accelerate computational lithography simulations by up to 20x. We are broadening our portfolio of GPU-accelerated applications to include areas such as TCAD, materials engineering and physical verification. Further, we have optimized more than 15 of our most popular EDA products for NVIDIA Grace CPU, to lay the groundwork for CPU-GPU optimizations. Further, we also showcased 2x faster time-to-information with Generative AI-powered Synopsys.ai CoPilot integrating the NVIDIA NIM inference platform. ? Jensen Huang sums it up best: "Chip design is one of the most complex engineering challenges in human history. With NVIDIA Blackwell and CUDA-X, Synopsys is cutting simulation times from days to hours—advancing chip design to power the AI revolution.” https://bit.ly/3XZmtkq
