Social justice is about fairness, equality, and giving everyone a chance to live with dignity. But even today, we see gender inequality all around us. In many rural areas, girls are still not allowed to step outside freely, go to school, or chase their dreams. Public places—like tea stalls, playgrounds, and offices—are often dominated by one gender, making other gender feel out of place. Why is this still happening? Why do so many people still have to fight for their basic rights? On this World Day of Social Justice, let’s talk about the changes we need. A truly fair world means every child gets to learn, every voice is heard, and every person—regardless of gender or background—has the freedom to dream and grow. Social justice isn’t just a big idea; it’s something we create every day by standing up for each other, breaking barriers, and making spaces equal for all. How can we make society fairer? What changes do you want to see? Let’s start the conversation today. Story of change! Bringing Education Back to Chirakhan Village. Meet Rajani Koge, a young girl from Chirakhan village in Harda district, dreams of becoming an IAS officer. Currently pursuing her second year of BA, she loves studying and exploring new places. But what makes her truly special is her passion for helping girls in her village get an education. In her Udaan journey, Rajani took up a project to enroll dropout girls back into school. Many girls in her village had left their studies because of financial problems or social pressures. Rajani knew that education could change their lives, so she decided to help. It wasn’t easy. Some parents believed girls didn’t need to study, while others were worried about expenses. But Rajani didn’t give up. She visited homes, spoke with families, and shared inspiring stories about the importance of education. She explained how learning could open up better opportunities for their daughters. Her hard work paid off. Eleven girls, who had dropped out of school, re-enrolled and were excited to continue their education. Seeing this, even some young married women started thinking about resuming their studies. One woman named Rani, who had given up on her dream of studying, finally found the courage to join an education program. The whole village noticed the change. Parents who once didn’t care about education now felt proud to see their daughters going to school. Rajani’s efforts were appreciated by teachers and community members alike. Rajani’s journey isn’t over. She continues to guide and motivate other girls to chase their dreams. Her story is a beautiful example of how one determined person can make a difference. Through Udaan, Rajani has shown that education is the key to a brighter future for every girl in Chirakhan village. #storyofchange #udaan #synergysansthan #youthleadership #youthdevelopment #womenempoweringwomen

HumRahi program encourages, recognizes, and supports young non-profit organizations (NPOs) in realizing their potential to lead youth-centric work in rural and tribal areas of Madhya Pradesh. As part of this initiative, a four-day Visibility and Fundraising workshop was conducted. Over four transformative days, the #HumRahi program brought together passionate grassroots NPOs from to strengthen their monitoring, visibility, and fundraising strategies—key pillars for sustainability and impact. Here's how we co-learned, co-created, and co-led this journey: Day 1: Monitoring & Evaluation – Understanding logic models, impact measurement, and data storytelling to ensure programs are effective, accountable, and funder-ready. Day 2: Pitching & Fundraising – Crafting compelling NGO pitch decks, refining presentation skills, and strategizing long-term sustainability for youth-led change. Day 3: Visibility & Storytelling – Mastering branding, storytelling, social media strategy, and content creation to amplify impact and engage stakeholders effectively. Day 4: Practice & Application – Putting learning into action! Partners fine-tuned their strategies, applied M&E frameworks, and solidified their organizational roadmaps. ?? Samaveshi Cup 2025 – More Than Just a Game! ?? It started with girls stepping out of their homes, ready to play, ready to lead. For the first time, we saw mixed-gender teams where girls captained with confidence. On the field, they didn’t just play—they led, strategized, and inspired. The community stood behind them, cheering every run, every wicket. Badwani lifted the trophy, but every team won in courage and resilience. More than a tournament, it was a movement breaking barriers and stereotypes. We saw teamwork beyond gender, leadership beyond expectations. Families and villages came together, proving that sports unite us all. Synergy Sansthan made cricket a platform for inclusion, empowerment, and change. Because when we play together, we build a future of equality! ???? #samaveshicup2025

#LatePost Before serving society, we must first understand ourselves.?? #HumRahi was one of the most enriching workshops I’ve been a part of—filled with icebreaking activities, team-building exercises and deep learning on self-care, self-assessment and self-work. As a professional social worker, I also gained valuable insights into crafting vision, mission, values and understanding the uniqueness of individuals. HumRahi empowers young professionals and organizations to unlock their potential and lead youth-centric initiatives across Madhya Pradesh. Bringing together 30 passionate changemakers from 11 districts, this journey is all about fostering leadership and driving impact!
