Synectic Design, Inc. (SDI) is an architectural design and planning firm created with the idea of bringing together a carefully-selected group of individuals of diverse personality and specialization. The result is a unique blend of design excellence backed by technical expertise. The limited size of our firm ensures that each project receives the full attention and stewardship of one of our two principals, Lance Baker and David Hamblen. Together they continue to create constancy of purpose for the improvement of product and service. For this reason, we have loyalty from our clients in the residential, commercial, private and public environments. Our projects focus on a design process that addresses the wants, needs, and concerns of our clients, the users, and the community. Through effective communication and document coordination at all phases, we are able to provide our clients with the confidence that their project will be completed on schedule and within budget.
